Exelix is committed to protecting the privacy of visitors to and users of this
web site. You can use most pages on exelix.com without providing any information
about yourself or your company. There are
two basic exceptions to this rule. This privacy statement explains how we
use and do not use the information that we collect. This statement
only applies to the exelix.com web site, and not to other Exelix products or
services. The exceptions are as follows.

security failures on the part the vendors that provide Exelix with internet
technology, including but not limited to web hosting and internet service, or
for other computer security failures beyond its reasonable control.

Exelixx may read such “cookies” if you have visited the site previously. Cookies
help Exelix to collect site visitation statistics, which may be linked with
personal data, to help us providing you with the best possible service. Exelix

This technology tells us how many visitors clicked key elements (e.g., links,
graphics) on Exelix.com. We may use this technology to access your personally
